2021 membership cards are green. If you have received your new card and it says it expired 01-01-2021 it is a typo. Danielle has tried to fix every card that has gone out to members but some have been missed.

We do not take any requests for donations via mail/email. You must ask for donations in person at a club meeting.
60 Gun Raffle Tickets – James Graham (330) 314-4723
Tickets for the 60 gun raffle are now available for the membership to sell. The drawing and the 60 gun raffle will be on August 21st, this summer, at Yankee Lake. Tickets will be available at the monthly meeting from 6:30pm to 7:00 pm, and from 8:00pm to 8:30 pm same night. Also the same times will be available at the trustee meetings, the third Thursday of the month, same times.
Please pick them up in person, at those times. Look for Jim Graham, or Vince Holko, or Everet Radcliffe at the table in the back, during those times!

The Jr Rifle team will be using the outdoor rifle range on Monday evenings from 4:30pm until 7:30pm starting Monday May 10th through July 12th. Please plan your Monday range use accordingly.
Shirley Williams Memorial Ladies Firearms Class – Joan Russo (724) 699-5281
The first class just finished up on June 29th. The ladies did very well and we have a couple who want to join the club. Our next class will start July 13th and runs for 8 weeks. We have a full class so anyone wanting to take our class will have to wait until May 2022. Please call Joan with any questions.

Join us on the 2nd and 4th Friday each month (unless a holiday weekend) for the National A Girl And A Gun Club Women's Shooting League meetings. www.agirlandagunclub.com. All experience levels are welcome from beginners to advanced! We meet at the clubhouse from 5:30 pm till 8:00pm and the cost is $10 for Vienna F&G club members and $15 for non-members. Contact Pam for more info! Schedule for 2021 is July 9th and 23rd, August 13th and 27th, September 10th and 24th, October 8th and 22nd, November 12th and December 10th.
2021 Mahoning Valley Trap League Schedule- Vienna dates- **ALL SHOOTING RANGES WILL BE CLOSED**
The league will be using the Fish and Game of Vienna’s trap facilities on the following dates: July 12th and August 30th.
**ALL RANGES WILL BE CLOSED DUE TO THIS EVENT ON ALL DATES LISTED.**

HELP!! The grass is growing and needs mowing!! Give Sam a call and get on the schedule to help. Help is needed on Thursdays starting at 8:00am. If it is raining please call Sam. Great way to get work hours and help keep the club grounds beautiful for the summer.

Class will be July 24th, 2021 from 7:30am and 4:30pm at the club. Cost will be $50.00. You must call before to reserve your place. Help will also be needed to run this class. Please call him if interested in helping. Good way to get some work hours done.

Trap is open to the public on Wednesdays and Sunday’s beginning at 11:00 AM. Fee is $3.50 per round. Help is needed to load the trap houses and score. Good way to get work hours in. Make arrangements ahead of time with Darrell for the date and time you would like to help by contracting him for approval.

New membership dues are as followed…
New single membership dues: $176.00
New spousal membership dues with both people new to club (2 keys, 2 member cards, 2 badges): $288.00
New spousal membership dues with one spouse already a member: $112.00
All new (probationary) members are REQUIRED to work their hours their first year. You CANNOT buy your hours as a probationary member. Dues must be cash or check (written out to Fish and Game Club of Vienna).

Please contact John about cleaning. The new list is posted for 2021 by the door to the kitchen. If you have been on the list in the past and wish to continue, please check the list and make sure your still on it. If you no longer wish to clean, please cross out your name so he can add new person. If no answer, please leave a message and he will return your call as soon as possible.

She cannot attend the actual meeting so she doesn’t know what needs to be in each month.
